Everything you need to apply, step by step. All adults — including guarantors — must complete each applicable step.

Screening
Complete the Screening Form. All adults, including guarantors, must complete this form.

Application fee
$20 per applicant (including guarantors). Choose any payment method below:
Zelle / QuickPay
Lift any credit freezes before applying to avoid an additional $20 fee.

Additional forms (if applicable)
Applying without viewing the apartment in person? Complete the Sight Unseen Form.

Documents required
Gather the following for all applicants and guarantors:

Employment verification
Letter of employment (stating salary, position, start date) OR two most recent tax returns

Two most recent pay stubs
Starting a new job? Include a note if pay stubs aren’t available yet

Two most recent bank statements
Include all pages — do not redact or block any information

Government-issued photo ID

Pet photo (if applicable)
Clear, color picture of your pet
Special cases

Students: enrollment letter as proof of current student status

Self-employed: CPA letter stating income/projection OR two most recent tax returns
For joint tax returns, provide proof of individual income or ensure both filers apply
Scan all documents as PDFs using CamScanner, Scannable, or any scanning app.
